Reynolds Conservation Ltd is a Conservation and Restoration company based in Ludlow, Shropshire. we have a wealth of experience and a reputation for expertise in the restoration, conservation and repair of traditional and historic buildings. We are repair specialists with in-house expertise such as stone masonry, roofing, carpentry & Joinery.


We specialise in the conservation and repair of historic buildings and structures, such as Grade l & Grade ll listed buildings, churches and ancient monuments. 

We take all aspects of Health and Safety very seriously and we ensure that all work is carried out in a clean and safe work environment.

Founder & Managing Director – NVQ Level 3 Roofer & Lead Craftsmen. (First aid trained)

Ashley has an NVQ3 qualification in roofing. With over 20 years restoration & conservation experience under his belt, Ashley has a great passion for his work. Working alongside English heritage, CADW & National Trust previous to Reynolds Conservation. Ashley has qualifications in; lead welding, resitrix & great knowledge with stone masonry, having had plenty of experience. (CSCS heritage Card Holder)

Founder & Contracts Managing Director - NVQ level 3 in Traditional masonry. (First aid trained)

Nick has an NVQ3 in both bricklaying and stone masonry. Nick has many years in the restoration and conservation industry. Nick has previously worked alongside many highly qualified, skilled tradesmen. Nick served many years throughout his career so far being guided and working alongside highly skilled, well educated, contractors & architects. These including the following-  Arroll & Snell Architects, Hook Mason Ltd, Craig Hamilton Architects on projects of the Earl Of Plymouth Estates.(CSCS heritage Card Holder)

 

Arnie Jones

Quantity Surveyor with 40-year expertise all over the UK in the construction industry.  

As both our administrative assistant & co-ordinator, Sophie has grown into our company over the last few years. She has both great skills & knowledge, which is widening every day as she progresses. 

Contracts Manager – NVQ Level 3 Advance Carpenter & Joiner 

Has been with us at Reynolds Conservation for many years and achieved his NVQ Level 3 heritage carpentry qualification working for an award-winning company previous. Shaun has been with us for 33 years experience and as our contracts manager, he has a very strong work ethic. Shaun has worked on major projects such as churches & castles within the area of Shropshire, as well as cities across the West Midlands.  (CSCS heritage Card Holder)

Level 2 Carpenter and Joiner

Adam has been with us for 3 years. Adam first joined us as an apprentice and has completed his level 1 and 2 in carpentry and joinery, he has grown throughout the years working on a number of Churches and Grade I & II listed buildings.
