Malthouse, Norbury

Restoration and renovation works carried out on the stone barn to convert it into a one bedroom annex. We re-roofed and restored the external cladding and replaced with a cedar cladding. All the stone work was re-pointed with hot mix lime mortar. Under floor heating and oak timber flooring was laid. We also supplied and fitted a lead roof on the barn.
